Lemon Plaice Fish And Chips

Terrible attitude, bad customer service, feel bad but 2 older people with no service skills to provide for a larger area of willing customers, disappointed tje local chippy is where it is, hopefully taken over sooner rather than later to give better dinners for all local, lady is more concerned at one stop trading her lottery tickets and cards, says it all for food quality and service received, sadly will not go ever again until they trade hands, go to the shop opposite the garage for better quality and caring service

Fortunately for us Lemon Plaice Fish Chips was open on a Sunday, our other local fish place wasn't. So we ordered two large cod and chips, at a reasonable price. Food was hot as expected, not overly greasy and overly battered, also the lemon provided we drizzled on the fish was a real compliment to the meal. All in all we were impressed, and therefore will be happy to return again.

this fish and chips shop is a real hidden gem. new management is really proud of what they serve. here they find very generously dimensioned fish, cooked for perfection tender and juicy, full taste also. batter is also really beautiful, not hard and greasy as they can find on others. for me it was a real tasty bite, and now this little load in my list.

order by phone, good prices and good quality eat. portions are good (1 large cable and 1 large chips is much for 2 adult) and beautiful small touches like a kalkkeil with the kabeljau. everything was in paper and all environmentally friendly. Reserva una mesa ahora

Traffic was absolutely dreadful over road works home very late due to it , decided to walk 15 minutes to get cod, haddock and chips, every thing was just perfectly done nice and hot even though walk 15 minutes back, really great meal.

I live over the road from this shop so you can imagine how many times I’ve been! The warmest and friendliest service! Fantastic food every time! And always so accommodating! Would highly recommend to anyone!
