5 stars, hands down! From the nice background music to the service and the food, this place is a little hidden gem in downtown silver spring if you want to take your lunch break and really feel like a break, go here. They serve the food in a colorful ceramic plate, and the people are sweet and helpful. The food? So good. I had the tuna melt and also the cobb salad with the avocado vinaigrette . They were both delicious and fresh. Made in front of you!

UPDATE: Lemon Slice now offers dedicated vegan options marked by a green ?V? on the menu! Even the sauces are vegan friendly, like the pesto and lemon dressing. I loved my tofu scramble wrap with mushrooms. And the tofu lunch wrap with cabbage was outstanding. The quality of the food is evident, from homemade sauces to crisp veggies. The owner, Beth, is a ray of sunshine who will work with you to find an option you enjoy. We loved it and will be back!

The best place! I asked Samru if she can make her best version of a Chai latte since it wasn't typically served. I don't know what tea Samru used but it blended perfectly with the warm milk, honey and dash of cinnamon! It was so delicious esp when I dipped a chunk of their famous lemon cake in...mmm mm mm made my whole morning. I wanted an emulated Chai latte and Samru whipped out something way better. Thank You again for always blessing it up!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this little café was such a pleasant experience I had to share. I met the owner and she was the sweetest person ever. She definitely has a welcoming atmosphere in her café. The food came out quickly and tasted delicious! There are some options that have a little twist to them with your fun. This restaurant is a hidden gem in downtown SS. The sandwiches and soups are incredibly delicious, making it an ideal spot for a quick and budget-friendly lunch. The owner is fantastic, and her love for cooking really shines through in every detail of the dishes. I highly recommend it!

Isaiah and Theresa were great!!!!! Very professional!!! Isaiah was running the food, preparing it, and teaching at the same time! It was very impressive!!!! The food was great!! Home fries had a little kick which I love!! I will definitely visit again next time I'm in town!

Went there with family. We tried different items breakfast wrap, veggie omelette, panini... loved it! The food is delicious, fresh tasted like a good, home cooked meal. Very friendly owner staff with efficient service. Will definitely come back for more!Thank you!
