After choosing our broths, we headed to the buffet to pick out our proteins and other ingredients. I loved the aesthetic of the rotating conveyor belt throughout the restaurant, which is where you can select your vegetables and noodles. There were so many options, and I enjoyed trying everything! When the bill arrives, be prepared to see an additional mandatory service fee of $32. While we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant, the tip was quite surprising. When we brought this up to the manager, he mentioned there was nothing he could do about it.
