It was probably our fourth or fifth time at this restaurant and the first time we were disappointed. The menu degustation was not available on a Tuesday which had not been notified to us in advance (we reserved online) and the answers provided were incoherent (the waiter said that the chef was not in on Tuesdays and then retracted what he said). The corn salad was inventive and very good but served in a deep plate which was too deep to be usable. The main dish (roasted chicken) was barely passable: the chicken was overcooked, hard and dry. It was served with fried rosti which were tasteless and did not match with the sauce served with the chicken. The desert using buckwheat was uninteresting...

we love this restaurant is the 4th time I eat it, then it is the hotel of my heart, we spent 2 nights, a marvel! this time I was able to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a panoramic view of the mountain, the service very well, we took the famous menu on the 55 available only at noon the week, very good fish very fine in the main dish to fall!
