A great time in this restaurant! We were very welcome, and the owner immediately asked us if we had already come, so that we could share his passion and concept with us. Local products, South American products, and a map that evolves according to desires and of course seasons. We ate empanadas that were very good, and I also ate a tin that was simply exquisite. A perfectly controlled cooking, well grilled on the outside, melting inside, with an accompaniment also perfectly made. In dessert I had the right to a panacotta revisited with chocolate and shrapnel of roasted hazelnuts, a delight. So yes this restaurant is not in the most passing streets, but it really is worth it!
