we made reservations for dinner very recently. We received several emails reminding us that we had to arrive at 7:30 p.m. On the table we found an email asking us to leave by 11:30 p.m.!! We do not see the restaurateurs (goods present) all evening and we stay all evening with the apprentices and interns who did the job. The plates are “very very light” and the price “heavy”. We chose the wine pairing, mistake because the glasses were empty too!! Let's simply summarize, the pressure to arrive on time, to leave on time (we still had the feeling of being well behaved), very light plates and glasses, the restaurateurs not even wishing to make an appearance and greet their guests at the time of the bill. In addition, we discovered overcharging for a glass of wine (the height of it). We have a very strong feeling of seeking profitability... to the detriment of human relations and the quality of the table. OK but do it well and in a less rude way please! Come on... let's just say we won't come back again.

What can I say other than wow, from the welcome, through the service and the meal, everything was perfect, a dynamic young team, all in a very good atmosphere, with a multitude of dishes, each one as good as the other. others, special mention for the signature dessert, super disturbing but excellent.
