There are several reasons why I believe this is the best Pollo a la Brasa around, possibly even in all of America (I still need to investigate that further, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it came out on top). For starters, the restaurant employs a wood-fired oven, just like authentic Peruvian pollo a la brasa spots. This technique allows the smoky flavor to thoroughly infuse the chicken, enhancing its taste. The food was outstanding and the service was great. Although the restaurant is quite spacious, we felt a bit cramped. The atmosphere is lively, with many families enjoying their meals. They feature a live band on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There’s also convenient parking nearby. I highly recommend it for its delicious Peruvian cuisine, fantastic salsa, and a dance floor. The singer was so talented that I almost forgot it was a live performance!

I was really disappointed with my experience. The hot dog on the Salchipapa was overcooked and burned. It took an hour for my order to be delivered, which was just insane! Additionally, the chicken in the Chaufa de Pollo had way too much salt. Overall, I'm very disappointed.

Didnt honor reservations on Mothers day, even though they had reservations listed on open table. Ants crawling all over the table. Food took so long we had to cancel our entrees. Ruined my mothers day. Stay away ! Reserva una mesa ahora

This was incredible! The Chaufa had the perfect balance of vegetables and spice. I highly recommend adding some French fries with aji verde sauce. You'll thank me later!

Great service and food are delicious. Have to go back to try their pollo a la brasa. It was sold out on Friday night. Jalea is really good and parrilada mixta.Food: 5/5

The Lomo Saltado Mixto was fantastic! The steak could have been a little more tender, but overall it was still quite enjoyable.
