When we arrived at 4, we announced we want to drink a drink. A little like dogs welcomed in a quilles game, a lady answered us: bah Heu, we make more restoration. 2 people (friends probably) were at the bar level and consumed. If the place is not a wine bar, it is sufficient in this case to specify it. Or simply specify that the wine bar works on condition, for example, to take some small things to snack, such as boards or tapas. Which was absolutely not proposed. This is called a lack of commercial technology.
Great experience for this restaurant with an extraordinary wine cellar. We celebrated a new year in this establishment. The menu was delicious and generous.
