It's well cooked, but it's short of seasoning and peps. By entering a melted little camembert we shared. He was well melted but was not at all seasoned. Otherwise he was very good. The risotto with gambas would have been better with a real risotto. When we take this we expect to have parmesan and a note of white wine. And instead we have creamy rice.
