I'm a regular client of this establishment. The young people working there are very welcoming and dynamic. Positive points: warm welcome, location, flexibility of hours and loyalty program. The points to be improved (not to say negative): do not refuse to give a cup to a customer so that he can drink the contents of his candy on site of course (on hygiene and comfort) , and to systematically accompany the pastry of a towel for on-site consumption.
I came back from pastries in the day and I noticed that the manager of this shop still has a way to talk to his really unacceptable employees! I don't understand how to talk! Without respect and in front of customers, it is less welcoming... very disappointed in this store!
