Changed too much now beyond a restaurant I want to use. I visited for a healthy breakfast what I paid for bore no relation to the picture on the breakfast menu. I tried to order via the dirty fingerprinted screen but could t choose to order my coffee the way I like it. It used to be managed by an Irish chap. It was a pleasure to order and service was good. My 3 children and I used it since it opened. They are grown up teenagers now. Maybe the company is about to go into administration or something, but it's clear they don't care. It's staffed by people who won't take your order, instead pointing you to self service screens while standing around. They package and hand you your food. That's it. The food itself is passable, but they keep changing it. The vegan love burger used to be something I ate 4 times a week because of my interances, but they changed it and now it isn't as good. I still eat here because of the lack of vegan options, but despite the friendly screens trying to upsell me (while the staff can't be bothered), I ignore the impulse to buy more because I simply feel so patronised by this awful, glib business...
The food at this restaurant is always amazing, but unfortunately the service was rude during my visit. This is the main reason why I am giving less than 5 stars in my review. When I entered, I was ignored, my greeting was ignored, and my order was handed to me without any words or smiles. What was surprising was that this lack of friendliness came from a supervisor or manager, not a regular team member. I was really looking forward to having a chicken wrap and fries as I haven 't had one in years, and I used to really enjoy them. The fries were ok, but there is no more chicken wrap on the menu, and the fish finger wrap was disgusting. My daughter had the chargrilled chicken burger the first of which was pink inside, so she took it back. The second one was marginally better once all the pink bits were removed. We went to Brent Cross to do a bit of shopping and we wanted something to eat. Every where had a queue and a wait to eat in, apart from Leon, so we thought we'd just go here. The food was ordered from the large screens and then you pick up your food from the counter. There's loads of seating at the back and on the side. I just thought no one went there and actually they are very busy but just very efficient. We had a burger, rice box, some sides, dips and drinks, the price was very reasonable. Everything was tasty, good flavours, staff were good. We left feeling full without that bloated feeling you usually get after you eat a burger, which was great! Will definitely come back again.
I was working at home and ordered breakfast delivery. The saucy beans pot and the berry acai smoothie were fine. The smoothie was better than their other ones which I have tried in the past. My issue and not Leon's fault was some things are better to eat in. By the time the driver got it to me, the saucy beans pot was cold, soggy and not as good as eating in. There are certain foods like pizza or Chinese that are fine for delivery but a Leon breakfast is better to eat in fresh. On the plus, it was packaged well as I did worry the smoothie may spill but a straw would have helped!
I tried the halloumi wrap at this restaurant and found it to be good, but not particularly exciting. It was neither exceptional nor bad. I felt that they could have been more generous with the portion of fries. I would also prefer ordering at the counter instead of using their screen ordering system, which was not very smooth.
This restaurant has really declined. It used to be a pleasant place to dine, but now it feels like a fast-food joint with soggy fries and very limited options for those who are gluten-free. The overall food selection is lacking and the atmosphere is unpleasant. I will not be returning.

I came here for a quick dinner today with my friends and we were all very happy about the staff, the food and the very fast service . Definitely happy customers
There are quiet place to sit down relax in the morning for your breakfast and coffee. more space to seat at the back
