I called around 6:30 to book a table for 2 on 30/07/2017 at 8pm. the answering machine told me that I could leave a message with my contact details, which I did when I asked to be called back for confirmation... Between 7:30 and 7:50, I recalled 5 times: busy. I came to the reception, despite everything, and I said I left a message for the reservation. the young woman told me that no one listened to the answering machine (sic), and that my reservation did not exist! I asked to talk to his superior (in fact another server). I had to explain everything again and I got caught by a "it'll have to wait 45 minutes." I finally had dinner at "the bufala" where I was very well received, without reservation...I liked this restaurant and I had a good time there, but since the system changed, it is almost impossible without waiting for the lead to dinner. I don't have any comments on the food or quality of the service since I couldn't test them. But I will certainly not advertise for this restaurant. I'm very disappointed with the welcome and disinvolture the staff speaks about. I understand that given the number of customers who are scrolling, if they lose some of them, it's not serious, but because of losing them.
We ordered different dishes and the service was correct. We have always had friendly servers since the many years we come. We took the precaution of booking our table because the restaurant is often complete on weekends and were 5.The blue mussels were good. My nephew had taken a tartar that was very copious. the fries were crispy to wish. Pavlova ice deserves to be on the map all year round. I'll give it to you as long as she's on the map this summer!
excellent in roquefort, the mussels are obviously in the spotlight. nice child menu with choice less than 8 euros and inflatable structures outdoors. a lot of world for this good quality price ratio. we are quickly served; The reverse of the medal is that the servers are a cabbage speed.
