Leon's Steakhouse Saloon

I've been hearing that this place is excellent for the past 5 years since we've lived here. Me and my wife finally decided to go no regrets. I'm not a big steak eater but that was the best steak I've had in years. The atmosphere was great. The service was excellent. The music was not so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation. Went there for the steak. Took over an hour from the time it was ordered to receive it. I think they did that intentionally to make us pay for a cover charge for a singer we didn't want to listen to. Best New York Strip steak I've had in a long time. Waitress was friendly and attentive. My only grip would be the draft beer I was served could have been colder. No one likes cool beer. Disappointed that they didn't have a liquor bar for the wife's Margerita. Who doesn't have margeritas in Texas? Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
