L'epica - Reservar una mesa

A young enthusiast just recently opened this charming family restaurant. It’s found just on top of several touristy restaurants in Bastia’s old harbour. L’Epica has everything to become on of Bastia’s hidden gems! The head chef (and owner’s mother cooks delicious fresh food. I had the sardines, prepared with a locally produced cottage cheese, accompanied with fine vegetables and potatoes. My partner enjoyed her ravioli with that same cottage cheese (Brousse very much. Everything was well balanced. The front of house was very polite and had excellent product knowledge. many thanks for this wonderful dinner in their small restaurant. we enjoyed the magnificent view of the harbour of bastia while enjoying their delicious food. L’ epica is family-run and serves local specialties that we really enjoyed. Do not miss the day's catch, the various escape options and the Corsica desserts fabulous. all served without dish, with style and good explanations on the menu. They can take the house wein options, we had rose and red and both were delicious and could convince! merci!

excellent family cuisine, the restaurateurs spontaneously explain the composition of the dishes, and have a passion for introducing people to their products. Mussels stuffed with bruccio, sardines à la Bastiaise, and fiadone, ah that fiadone!!! , unforgettable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Very warm welcome, home cooking that delights the taste buds in a very pleasant, tastefully decorated setting. We had a very nice time there. Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Assiette de Fromages, Escalope de Veau Panée, Ravioli Au Brocciu

really amazing eating, very large portions and prices that are lower than expected. we had a derée and for approx. €25 per person, but they could spend more or less than that depending on the court. we had not even space for dessert and have stuffed us and very happy. will return.

After changing us 4€ for a bottle of still water, without giving us the option to order tap water, the owner overcharged us 21€ on a 90€ bill. The food was good but the service not so much..

we had the best food for the last seven days. beautiful personal and atmosphere, and the intention. the grilled fish, sardines and gambas pasta were epic and I liked the old music
