very traditional local cuisine for the largest part very well prepared. I had the tasting menu for euro and had more foie gras than I dreamed possible. Eating was very good, not perfect, but very good. the kartoffelsardoise were very nice, some overcooked. the local garlic soup was really interesting. for the price we were very satisfied. some other reviews said bad things about the server, but I found them very efficient and charming. Of course we speak French and are not English snobs like many tourist who think the rest of the world should speak their language. all in all good price and really nice service.
We ate at the restaurant during our vacation in Aubeterre. What a delight!! The starter was amazing… we have never had such delicious squash soup , it was so good! And what followed was a treat too. Thanks to the chef and the kitchen team!! The owner of the establishment who served us is adorable. His tourist advice was very good . We will come back to show Aubeterre and all this beautiful region to my father and stay in this hotel, which we loved!
Very pleasant stay for a family reunion. The welcome was warm and attentive. The “discovery” meal and the wines offered kept all their promises of refinement. Thank you to the staff for the quality of service. Everything contributed to reconciling calm, relaxation and pleasure. Buen restaurante, situado en el centro de Sarlat, donde se pueden degustar productos de proximidad de la zona del Périgord/Dordogne, como pato, quesos, foie gras y nueces.La relación precio-calidad es buena. Existen varios menús que incluyen los platos más típicos de la región.El servicio es atento y simpático. Muy recomendable.

Very beautiful, quiet place. Very beautiful old building. Good welcome. We sleep very well in beautiful, comfortable rooms. The restaurant area is very pleasant outside near the swimming pool in summer. See the tasting menu. Very good dishes. Even if we don't come to watch TV: there are just certain TNT channels in the room.
We had lunch on the last Sunday of the fair. the menu of the day at 19,90 euros: foie gras, duck needles with potatoes salami and cake with nuts, was excellent. the service was more than correct and the staff very pleasant. I'm great and very pleasant. to do absolutely
a nice little restaurant that offers local cuisine, the perigord salad was very good and hearty, the steaks were good, the dishes of the day were very good too, we were not disappointed
good child atmosphere, the card is simple but attractive. We have enjoyed a cep omelette and cep ravioli with reasonable rates. We'll be back!
