excellent brewery managed by a cheerful team always smiling. The cook doesn’t offer much choice what is a positive point for me because more fresh products, made home rather than too many choices that can be managed seriously without frost and other... we rely on speciality often auvergnate like the food or quality meats. The weak point? for dinner in the week, there is only Friday to offer... the brewery is studying because if we and other nights it is not open today, it also comes from the customer concerned...
A little far from the overvolted atmospheres of the Paris region, simple and working customers, a lively and friendly service and ultra light prices whether in drinks (savvy cocktails/gentiane) or in dishes... where you come mainly for the 'aligot-saucisse. Very refreshing as a place even if the frame is not super refined, it's authentically brewery. Bravo
