We were able to turn to Ms. Amanda and Chef Maxime for our wedding caterer. We thank them for a perfect performance. They were able to pay very particular attention to our tastes and cultures and adapt to our desires. They were able to accompany us, advise and support throughout the preparations. On the big day, the cocktail and dishes were divinely good, quality seasonal products and a sophisticated and aesthetic presentation. All while ensuring an organized and discreet service. Excellent.. deserves its reputation original dishes and the remarkable trompe l'oeil artichoke/foie gras! I loved. Menu with original dishes. Associations, textures, tastes, scents, flavors, everything takes us on an incredible culinary journey. The setting is sober, classy without overdoing it.
