coffee on the main street of hatches. small room and large outdoor terrace, friendly and warm staff. neighborhood bistro atmosphere with regulars. adjoining the town hall tobacco office. meeting place and meeting place for the elders. The only point of this so-called restaurant is the reception and kindness of the staff. Entrance with uncooked hard eggs, cold dish, very long service. Hygiene more than doubtful. My advice: Philippe Etchebest.
Vegetable soup of the two of God and dish in burgundy sauce with carrot potato served with a small portion of slightly salty/gluant rice to the top!!! Bravo to the chief!
