L'Ermitage - Reservar una mesa

Went there with my colleagues for dinner, and we encountered all those stereotypical traits that one sees in movies about French waiters. Negligent, arrogant, impatient, etc. Spoon spioled (see photo). The restaurant didn't offer other than French menu card, but the waiter didn't speak good enough English to help. Factually, he didn't speak almost any English which is weird, given that this is a restaurant attached to a business hotel. We waited for a loooong time for taking the order, receiving the meals as well (the food was good, by the way). When we asked for the bill, it would have taken ages to wait till it arrives, so we left. The waiter came running after us (suddenly it became urgent). We only paid the next day after talking to the managers and explaining them our experience. They were sorry for it and promised a better experience for our next stay. Will there be a next? Guess it!

First we sell you on the internet an outdoor terrace facing the meuron forest and well not terrace certainly but on the edge of a national very passing after a quick apéro without amuse-gueules on terrace facing the concrete building of the bw for vrp of province we are submerged by 2 Asian cars tired but noisy when they return to their Parisian visit and there we pass a magnificent restaurant an endless waiting for dishes alambicated by the title but insipid and any station service, a plate of canteen and real restaurant prices entered 14€ and dishes around 23 / 24€ the coffee sock in a dirty cup yes dirty to help save you, you will save in time and money believe me

the organization of our day was perfect, thanks a thousand times to clara which is of great professionalism and great kindness. The staff is attentive, smiling and very pleasant. The decoration of the room entrusted to the staff made according to our request perfect table service, the kitchen is excellent, well presented (the beef a pure marvel)Congratulations to the chef.We were able to enjoy the terrace with great pleasure of children. Our guests were delighted.Thank you to the whole team of the restaurant, we will return

Sorry but is not worth its extra level in the bw chain. room this spacious but old bath bath clean limit and silicon bathtub breakfast small dej with a service not at the level with no clean space when you arrive ask to have oranges (because there is no longer to be on the buffet) to press them and you feel that you disturb the staff. brief disappointing experience

disappointed by this restaurant from the dishes that are unsurprisingly gustative, air conditioning too cold even if it made a big heat outside. a positive thing, the very nice waiter got us excited because they were the only ones in the restaurant. We won't go back.
