L'ermitage Cuisine A Manger

Déçus ! Nous étions venus, il y a tout pile un an et tout nous avait séduit. Le cadre, la chambre, le service et le petit-déjeuner. Nous avions adoré. Mais cette année plusieurs ombres au tableau : notre douche était bouchée à notre arrivée, heureusement le problème a été réglé rapidement et on nous a offert une boisson pour le geste commercial. Mais ensuite, au bout de 3 minutes l'eau de la douche était froide. La piscine était aussi froide, dans le jacuzzi les jets ne fonctionnaient pas, uniquement les bulles... Nous nous sommes rendus au petit-déjeuner à 9h45, puisqu' on nous a dit que le petit-déjeuner était jusqu'à 10h. Il n'y avait plus rien dans le buffet, trois mini croissants, un pe...

We were at the hotel this winter, we found that the heat of the water was borderline cold, unfortunately it was absolutely not pleasant to take a cold shower after having traveled several hours. We also went to the restaurant, it is very good and I would like to note that we have an incredible view of Lyon but unfortunately I find that this restaurant is expensive and that we have little choice on the menu.

Lieu très bien situé, au calme, avec une vue imprenable sur Lyon et ses alentours. Le personnel est de qualité et la cuisine est excellente ! Cadre incroyable, salle magnifique, très belle vaisselle mais prix un peu élevés par rapport à la qualité (au demeurant très respectable) et service perfectible bien que la majorité de l équipe est souriante et accueillante.
