I only had a welsh rarebit but it was so rubbery and salty that I felt really sick. Took awhile to get the waitresses attention who offered to change it. I ordered without egg (as I am allergic to them). The second dish was served...with egg, i explained and she suggested that someone else ate it, she then took it away only to return with the egg scraped off. I must be really difficult as I refused the dish. No apologies. No reduction. The French think that people with food allergies are not serious so be careful.
We stopped here for dinner before taking the ferry back to Portsmouth. The staff were friendly and quick, the food was good and the theme is kind of unique with so many kind of beers. The only reason why I only give it stars...is because they didn't speak English and it was a but difficult to communicate, but we could start working on our French too!
Visited twice whilst staying in Caen. Each time we found the service rapid and efficient. Menu specializes in Alsace cuisine so expect lots of large meat dishes. Beer, brewed on site is recommended. Only negatives are the omnipresent screaming children and an overly salty flammekuchen.
the various animals in the offer – each was awarded on its own wise and worth the visit in this extra-urban situation. eating is good and filling, I recommend the flammable cakes especially that they can have as appetizer, main course and dessert.

This is the place to go if you like excellent beers and lots of delicious food. I had choucroutte followed by a wonderful apple flammekuchen. Service is very rapid and it is a popular place situated in a large shopping centre.
we came to the start here. the service is very fast and eating is delicious. also this is a perfect place if you want to drink a few beers. they have some to choose. also the interior design of this place is...unique
great service, what we need before the ferry. child meal was good and excellent choice for adults. beer were superb, but could not try all!
1 point less because no longer do my favorite dishes: the old mustard burger and the Irish flam! Too bad.
