Visité le 22 juillet. De passage aux Estables, nous avons choisi ce restaurant très joli d’aspect sur la place centrale du village. Le restaurant se dit restaurant de viande bovine. Il y a a seulement deux plats proposés sur la carte, pour ce soir : couscous de boeuf et merguez et tataki façon Thaï. Nous trouvons le choix restreints et assez particulier pour un village de campagne comme les Estables. Certes le restaurant propose un concept innovant en proposant de manger toutes les parties du boeuf afin de lutter contre le gaspillage. Il n’y a pas de viande « classique » et nous nous sommes contraints de prendre une planche de charcuterie à 19.50€ … Bon mangeur de viande ne s’attend pas a ce...
Visited July 22. While passing through Les Estables, we chose this very pretty looking restaurant on the central square of the village. The restaurant calls itself a beef restaurant. There are only two dishes offered on the menu for this evening: beef couscous and merguez and Thai-style tataki. We find the choice limited and quite unusual for a country village like Les Estables. Certainly the restaurant offers an innovative concept by offering to eat all parts of the beef in order to fight against waste. There is no “classic” meat and we had to take a charcuterie board for €19.50 A good meat eater doesn't expect those. A qualitative board certainly but too little filled for the price. Finall...
A record waiting time.... we waited very nicely, without daring to make any thoughts seeing the waiters running everywhere. But at least coffee could have been offered, especially since it had been suggested... It would have been the least we could do. The products are good but there is very little to eat and it is expensive for what there is. To avoid
Un temps d'attente record.... on a attendu bien gentillement, sans oser faire de réflexions voyant les serveurs courrir partout. Mais au moins, le café aurait pu être offert, surtout que l'on l'avait suggéré... Ça aurait été la moindre des choses. Les produits sont bons mais il y a très peu à mangé et c'est cher pour ce qu'il y a. A éviter

The restaurant is no longer called Les 3 Monts and has changed ownership! Beautiful setting but the experience could have gone better, exorbitant price for the little we have to eat, unpleasant boss as possible.

Very good address on the Estables. The restaurant has a large room, a terrace, a bar and toilet. Quick and efficient service, good local products and/or meat craftsmen, beer, liqueurs...
