This was a bad experience to me. I was booking the table to celebrate with my wife for 25th anniversary, they sent me an email a day before to confirm the reservation, which is a good way to double confirm with customers. But when we arrives to the restaurant on that day, the restaurant was totally closed because of the electric failure. We felt so bad, they didn't send us any email regarding their restaurant will close. We were so surprised. In Montreal, during the weekend is kind hard to make a reservation with other restaurant in last minute. This is really unforgettable experience.

Very disappointing! I was in Montreal on business for two days and I decided to try this restaurant after my evening flight there. Restaurant was supposed to close at 10pm and I made a reservation for 9pm. When I arrived, it was closed! There were other reviews mentioning about them being closed at arrival but I thought those were special circumstances that made them closed for the day. Now it seems like they will close up early whenever they feel like it and without a care for the reservation they still have or the closing time they committed to. Worse kind of practice!

unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to some electrical problems. no one even feared to contact me! my man and I came into the closed door and saw a very badly written note on the door. We had to find out our dinner at 20 o'clock on Friday night. very disappointing!

Restaurant was closed when we arrived for our reservation. Apparently, it’s gone out of business;would have been nice to have told us. Went to another restaurant close by who told us the sordid tale of their last days. Au revoir!

It was closed!!! We showed up on Saturday evening at 20:00 as per our reservation and the restaurant was closed. We were disappointed that we were not warned and by then it was difficult to finding another restaurant.

These bozos are obviously only open when they fit. we had booked a special evening and received a confirmation by the open table twice. we go there; his closed. go to barroco instead.

This place is not for everyone, but it is a special dining experience! It can be very pricey, but is worth it.
