Who wants to learn how to make Crêpes is right here. I took a 4-hour course here. You can learn to make dough for buckwheat crêpes (galette) and crêpes de froment and work with it. The whole thing with a friendly atmosphere and relaxing breaks with Crêpes and Cidre to taste.
