Les Barbares - Reservar una mesa

After a nice boat ride on the river we walked to Les Barbares. I had the Mexican burger (recommended by the waiter) and a large beer, 50cl Estelle Artois and my friend had the fish and chips with a 50cl Leffe. We paid 44.60 Euros...in total. For being honest I would give my dish a 6 since the meet was overdone, way passed well done and my friend referred to her dish as: ok,not fantastic . The plus side to this is that we got free flow of frites and pretty good waiter service. Also, the owner 's dog was running around and barking uncontrollably so it can get annoying at times throughout dinner. we visited the restaurant with a few who celebrated their annual day! we had a nice evening and delicious food. her menu was good by my not so good taste in the food, but I found what I wanted. I still think I ate the best. steak ever accompanied in lyon with fritten and viognier wein. I usually do not go for entrées because my like is very small and extremely shocked. Nevertheless, the ambiente was beautiful and we have in the sofa near the 'fireplace'... this year the summer is so hot, we need a fountain, but it was cooler in the interior than in the terraces. we went a little late, but the waiters were polite enough to serve our strange needs! we enjoyed the stay and just had to go becaus...

if they are looking for an authentic craftsman burger, then this is the place they have to try. great ambiente, friendly staff with a fair selection of burgers on the menu. the service was fast and professional, but not rushed at all.

we liked the burgers, the pommes, the place, the location and the service. we understand that due to its success the waiting time is quite long and people can be annoyed about it, but overall we liked it.

dynamic atmosphere, not very personal, but good fresh food efficient service. beautiful warm heat sinks around the room for the winter dinner to warm up. great home made burger.
