Les Barbus - Reserva de mesa

I just took a dish of the day (bateau, fregola, chorizo and corn cream) and dessert (cheesecake in Yuzu) and frankly it was delicious! The calf was perfectly cooked, everything was well seasoned and the harmony of flavors in the mouth well present. The quantities were just (not too much or not enough) for a really honest price quality report. Having eaten inside, I felt calm and welcomed. An excellent experience. Thank you to the leader and the quality of his work.

Superb restaurant in the city center of pertuis. A quality cuisine with fresh products all with a neat presentation, a treat for taste buds and eyes! The staff is attentive and the fast service, all in a very pleasant setting. I highly recommend this restaurant you will certainly spend a very good time and your taste buds will be filled with all these flavors!

Beautiful discovery in Pertuis: open kitchen on the bedroom, counter, brass suspensions, colorful chairs, worked ceiling, cement tiles, open cellar... We loved inventive cuisine and a great finesse, the association of the sea. A very nice bistronomic address
