A small intimate restaurant full of memories of travel while being well anchored in its region, Brassens awaits you and the Camargue invites you...Cyril Lignac welcomes you as well as the very nature patronne, which combines small gluten-free dishes for the pleasure of our taste buds! From the crunchy bread served out of the oven, to the small cevennol paté scented with ceps, the back of dorade lemon sauce is hearty and delicious and that say desserts, years that I had not eaten because of my gluten allergy! A treat! The whole watered with a good blonde beer with raspberry from the Garrigues brewery, scented but not sweet, it is tasteful and refreshing to wish! My girlfriend took a vegetable...
We went because it was recommended on this site by others. A whole restaurant in France gluten free, wonderful and to add to that there were a lot of options that were dairy free also. Pizzas and other meat and fish dishes. I had the GARDIANE DE TAUREAU which came with rice a local beef stew cooked in red wine) fab. And then a fruit salad in a sauce, here the language barrier came into force and I’m not quite sure what was in that, but it slipped down nicely. We were the only patrons that evening, end of September and France playing in rugby World Cup as well. The mademoiselle did the cooking and serving. It was in a little side street but don’t let that put you off, a great place to eat!
Fantastic little pizzeria! We had a bit of a language barrier, but knowing everything is GF was very reassuring! They do have some beers that aren’t gf, but the pizza was to die for. I haven’t had truly delicious and non-frozen pizza in 5 years. We got the margarita and a white pizza with ricotta and pancetta and they were absolutely incredible. We got there right when they opened and had the place to ourselves the whole meal. It was delightful!
Nice discovery! Have a little family meal, we were 5. Small room and the cooker is alone behind his stoves then booking obliges. We have feasted with thyme lamb and lemon, pea soup and duck thighs. All accompanied by a Pic Saint Loup. To sauce bread is crunchy. Homemade, generous kitchen. Let's finish with an expresso with a chocolate pan. All with a pleasant and welcoming cook. We'll be back. What a nice surprise, think to book only 10 places. The service is attentive, the cuisine is generous and of quality, the wines are carefully selected and at reasonable prices. Bravo for your work, we feel good at home! I keep an excellent memory of the fresh fruit salad specially prepared for us with Gard fruit! The bull's **** was perfect and the delicious pizzas.
We ate a pizza today. We were conquered. We were four of them intolerant. We really need to know that it's a gluten-free paste because we didn't feel any difference. Pizzas are really delicious and packed with quality products. the owner is really nice and has the concern to make his customers satisfied. Let's go back.
