I've been living in Tours for more than twenty years, I've tried a lot of gastronomic restaurants, Arlot, Evrard, high rocks etc... It is by far the best gastronomic experience I've lived here. The dishes are beautiful, surprising on the flavors, succulent. And the service of Véronique, the chief's sister is impeccable and benevolent. In short I can only recommend this address warmly, for me the best table in Tours right now!
