Les Baux Jus - Reservar una mesa

We had a perfect lunch. There is a main dish with seven different small portions of vegetables. Everything is vegan and most, if not everything, is served raw. It was really delicious and made with a lot of love. All flavors combine excellent and are carefully selected. In combination with this beautiful small village it was a very beautiful experience. Thanks for the good service and excellent lunch.

We had lunch outside on the terrace on a nice sunny day. The menu is basically set with a variety of dishes, some more tasty than others. Friendly service. Location is a bit off the main road which makes it quiet and peaceful. We had...a nice meal but not the wow factor is indicted by others ... but ... we are not vegetarians ...

I was a bit amusing to try a raw lunch, but my partner wanted something different after eating French food last month. I have a peanut allergy and was able to eat everything, as the menu this season only uses other nuts. We polished our discovery boards. The juices are not too sweet. The raw brownie is delish.

Had the most delicious lunch here last week Gorgeous fresh juices, healthy, kind-hearted, beautifully presented food and beautiful organic wines - not to mention the desserts!! Service was so friendly and efficient and that was not in anyway a tourist trap!! Very recommended

We visited here while we saw Baux-de-Provence and it ended the best meal we had on our holiday in France. The food was original, fresh and absolutely delicious. Would you like to recommend vegans or anyone who wants to try raw food!
