we visited the biscuits de banon, recommended by the foreign exchange office, but it was closed for the holiday. we were very disrespected, but then the owners, busy with the construction work in the backyard, saw us and agreed to come down and open. so we could taste, discover and buy a great selection of their delicious, traditional, local cookies, both economical and sweet. the tomato and the olive biscuits are excellent with the apéritif, and the lemon cookies and almond warps are the best I ever had. but do not miss out on a rare speciality they find nowhere else, as it is too much work to prepare: grilled cookies with a thin lemon balm cover a joy appreciated by all friends and family...

You will be warmly welcomed by the manufacturers who will present their products with passion and competence. on paca (provence alpes side of azur) it are part of the best of the region, the very good tables, the gourmets of the region . ear flies ,.when you have tasted you will have understood what artisanal quality means..... biscuits with lavender very finely dosed, sanded(!!!) , crunchors with almonds ... nice and discreet and they do not make a pub ...! (.attention assured addiction)
