the dishes are correct but without more, but the service is catastrophic. 2 people to manage the room, including a teenager barely 15 years old; visibly it was her first days, she served the bread by bringing the basket in which it was necessary to serve (she did not leave it at table)! and the glass of wine ordered and requested several times has come painfully at the end of the dish! at this most experienced moment of the 2 waitress asks me if it is not too late, and in front of my hesitation, rather than offering it to me she takes it back directly. Pitiful! Anyway, we won't go back

We had supper here 2 days ago. This was our best meal in Provins, of lovely cooked local dishes, all well presented. They bake their own bread. There were just two people working there, one in the kitchen and one in the restaurant itself, and I do not know how they managed to cook and serve without being exhausted. The lady serving was very friendly and efficient.

the dishes were really good and the portions are a copy. the service was also very well, though a little long, even if it was absolutely not the fault of the waitress, which was the only one to manage a full room. Not much to say, this restaurant deserves its good reputation.

We were surprised by the quality of the dishes ( for a tourist city) this is because of the fact house, excellent reception, friendly bistro atmosphere, champagne to the height . and a reasonable addition.

excellent, very friendly, the waitress is perfect, nice table neighbors. visit on June 10 at night.
