Beautiful place arranged between Parisian bistro style and thematic restaurant style of the ciel-vision group on the cuisine.The service is a high-end or starred restaurant service.Just the place where we had been installed, lack of space.The cuisine is meticulous with the emphasis on flavors propelled by unusual tastes brought by herbs and plants that we know less well.The ingredients are of high quality and come from renowned places.The price and choice of wines are similar to places like Saint-Amour. But I find that the portions and flavors are much better.We took the discovery menu (5 courses) and two extras.

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance were all outstanding. I especially enjoyed the oysters, and our server was incredibly patient in helping us choose the right wines. The main dishes were bursting with flavor. However, I found the clementine crème brûlée to be just okay, as the marmalade was a bit overpowering for my taste.

Restaurants like this are quite rare in Quebec City. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is exceptional; the staff is friendly and genuinely attentive to your enjoyment. The ambiance is inviting, and there's plenty of space, so even when the place is busy, you don't have to deal with the loud crowd noise that you often find in other establishments. This was my second visit, and once again, I opted for the blind discovery menu, but this time in a vegan version with food and wine pairing. I was absolutely blown away. The team has done an incredible job crafting each dish. The flavors are rich and carefully curated. Nothing is left to chance. Congratulations to the entire team!

Excellent food. We enjoyed all of our dishes immensely. Great atmosphere and decor. I thoroughly enjoyed the bathroom. When was the last time you said that in a restaurant review? Service is by default a bit slower as the menu needs full explaining etc. This is a slow meal experience. Don't come here in a rush.

What a wonderful experience. Probably the most inventive vegetarian-forward menu I've ever come across. Everything we ordered was beyond amazing and even the dessert was so perfectly proportioned and made. Truly an amazing experience
