here lately and thought that was surprisingly great. the selection of weeping is amazing on the French weeping, amazing on Italian labels and a good new world choice as well. the menu changes regularly to ensure a seasonal market kitchen (the large market... halls of talnsac are directly opposite) and is therefore presented on a table. her cuisine is creatiw, fun and combined French, asian with North African elements, so I had fresh seabass tartare with seatang, sesame, which amazingly followed by rolled lamb shoulder filled with preserved mokkian lemon and seasoned. the sommelier helped in the choice of wine and the bill was reasonable by 45 € per head. will definitely discover other season...

I've been here twice in the last three months & here's the good and the bad. The good is the food & wine. It's a wine shop & restaurant combined into one. The food is consistently good at a reasonable price. The bad is the menu is pretty small and it doesn't change much. So, while it's great for any individual dinner if you came on a frequent basis you'd quickly run out of choices.The charcutarie is excellent. The meats are sliced paper thin and served on a piece of slate. You will not run out of wines to try. There must be well over 200 or 300 types of wine available.Looking for a nice restaurant in Nantes, this is a very solid choice!!

A very nice address in Nantes using fresh and premium quality products house smoked A label salmon, pata negra bellota pork etc. and everything is just perfectly executed. Since this is basicaly a wine bar, the wines are just terrific and the owner a real...passionate ! One point has to be improved : the service. Friendly but often long and disorganized aperitive after the strater, wine choice after main course arrived... . Otehrwise... Just go and enjoy ! PS : no reservation after 8:30pm :

you are looking to eat in any relaxed fresh product and a card that wants to be different from what is found much in the restoration and also expectations of customers. This establishment may be raising taboos that you might have on the herring, the pig's foot....Besides my profession I eat and regularly test the different swimming restaurants, this one is to put in the top 5.Good appetite for all

welcome and warm atmosphere, we feel comfortable in this beautiful original decoration, perfect for this luncheon wine is a plus: it is well presented to us, well chosen, it is treated with much more attention. The dishes are... good, no mistakes.Very good impressions.
