"Good place even if I don't really like this kind of Burger house... My mum liked too whereas it is not her favorite kind of restaurant too. Everything looks fresh and good quality. Price maybe a bit expensive to me. Staff was really kind and really friendly though."

...some of my colleagues regularly bring takeaways from Papa's burgers, and I had tasted the chips, so I decided to see for myself. Now I know. Menu is compact, there's a total of 8 burgers to choose from, so why am I left waiting for what seems to be an eternity to get my order? I got the top of the range burger, 14€, including fries. Lemonade is 1€ extra (why! Mayonnaise, 15ml (about a teaspoon worth is 3€. That's just daytime robbery. The burger, undercooked and mushy (and they didn't ask how I wanted it cooked was nothing to write on TripAdvisor about, so I won't. Undeterred, I asked for dessert and cappuccino. Burger was ok though a bit too pricey for a bun, a veggy patty and a bit of cheese (10€ . Service was friendly and fast, restaurant well lit, warm and comfortable. In summary it could have been a good restaurant if there would have been proper glasses, plates and cutlery. Eco-friendliness and sustainability is not high on the priority list with this restaurant as everything is disposable: fries were in a cardboard box, sauce in a little plastic container, they did not even have proper glasses but plastic cups. And everything goes in one bin, no recycling whatsoever. Would not go there again as I personally care for the environment and do not like the taste of beverages drunken out of plastic...
Burgers are undeniably great and tasty but there is a serious problem with the delivery. Several orders since February via Uber Eats and several items forgotten, without further explanation nor compensation (customer does not have to argue and determine who should take the charge of the incomplete order !! .
Very nice guy at the counter. The quality of the buns and meat is excellent. Nice vanilla shake. You see burgers on the menu these days at almost all French cafes, bistros. These are better than average. There is a video on YouTube about the French entrepreneur who started this chain in Lyon.
