Well located hotel, just 10 kilometers from old Annecy, underground parking space, a beautiful view of the mountains. On the other hand, the housekeeping needs to be reviewed, because of cobwebs, dead insects, a carpet of dust under the bed as well as on the towel dryer, pigeon droppings on the window sills, the rather old furniture we feel that it has well lived (sticky table even after washing with a sponge), the black joints in the bathroom, and the orange toilet brush at the end of its life... We would also have liked a few degrees more in the indoor swimming pool because we goes from scalding showers to the borderline lukewarm swimming pool. Plutôt style VVF qu'un hôtel, c'était pas très propre avec une légère odeur à notre entrée dans l'appartement. Des petits travaux pour donner de la fraîcheur ne seraient pas de refus au prix de la nuit... Faut vider sa poubelle en partant, piscine intérieur pas très chaude, on entend les voisins à travers les cloisons, lits durs. Parking sur place, petit casse tête pour trouver car faut faire le tour en voiture, à proximité de toutes commodités et du lac. Je n'y retournerais pas si je reviens sur Annecy.
very good residence at a very interesting price for the region, everything was like on the pictures, a nice view from the room to the rdc, welcoming and friendly staff, I recommend
A successful stay thanks to the very spacious apartment, the view of the lake and the swimming pools. We did not have time to try the other activities offered but there are many.
