We 've dined here 3 times now over the space of a couple of years and the food is consistently good value and high quality. Dishes are seasonal and, while firmly of French origin, clearly have some Spanish influences, which reflects the proximity of the border. Grilled lamb ribs: succulent Les Tortelli mozzarella pesto rosso sauce: delicious And desserts: a feast to savour for Pastis Gascon, and its delicious Armagnac plum ice cream and chocolate sorbet and apricot sorbet. Arrived to a very warm welcome from the owner. He was busy because his waiter was away but considering there was just him and his chef the service was impeccable! We sat on the veranda initially which has a lovely view of the valley. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated and very clean. The food was excellent, highly recommend the cheese parcel starter and the Tuna main. Very reasonably priced too. A great all round experience, highly recommended.
A beautiful address with stunning views of the valley and a welcome as a service that is friendly. A fine-quality cuisine with good products, including canaille dishes based on duck jams or melted cheeses. However, the accompaniments lack culinary research and flavours: basic salad and steamed or oven-cooked vegetables, mainly potatoes for a dried result and without sauce, onion, garlic and condiments. To recover from the climb of the pass of Peyresourde, we stopped at the Hotel Restaurant des Cimes. Amandine for pastries) and Jean-Charles in the kitchen welcomed us warmly. We tasted a perfectly delicious home cuisine. And as, in addition, it was beautiful and warm, the meal was taken on the terrace, magnificent view of Loudenvielle and the Louron valley. An address to remember.
We spent a night and a dinner in this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But the kitchen is worth a visit! I ate an excellent gravlax salmon as well as a very good and very carbide. The dishes are homemade and it feels! If I could've put five stars in the kitchen, I would've done it. I recommend.
We were a tab of 5 adults and a young child. The staff and managers were very nice, the place is very well appointed and decorated, we feel really comfortable there, as at home. The dishes and desserts were excellent. Anyway, we all had a very good time and had a very good dinner. To be recommended!
Good reception and very good cuisine. Excellent reddish and succulent lamb ribs. Fresh and balanced support and seasoning. Small special note in Pastis Gascon, with a delicious ice cream with Armagnac plum. Thank you to the chief and department for this good time.
