this place may seem impressive to some since it is part of the iconic pope castle clement but once the door passes, you arrive in a universe mixing history, art, culture and good humor. The South-West accent of the sommelier caviste gives all its credibility to this character who will make you taste and choose the wine you love and make you share his smile and good mood during the afterwork evenings on Thursday night. there are for all prices and for all tastes in wine, and the artisanal tapas of the Netherlands allow to judge the wine in real situation!
we were my friends and I very disappointed by this bar. no welcome, we were maybe not chic enough! actually far from having the style of small bobo no special attention has been given to us. we bought three bottles of wines, no tasting offered! despite a clearly false advertisement since at the entrance of the store a sign "free disgustation" that we were refused despite our request ... then for future customers, put your most costume to be received!
We made the guided tour and tasting the value of the price is great, we spent a very good time and the guide was great, very interesting tasting. The only thing we found was that the wines of the estate and more generally the owner are sold much more expensive in the castle shop than in the trade. We would have liked to leave with a bottle bought on the spot, but we didn't.

The place is beautiful and the very competent staff. I had a good evening outside the store where tables had been installed for an evening with the Maille store. The mignardises were very amazing and the chords and wines very pleasant. I'm not gonna miss out next night.

I recommend 100%! I spent an excellent afternoon, I learned a lot about wine (novice I was), and I loved creating my own wine! This is a very complete and fun workshop. In short, you will not be disappointed!
