The organization at the hot buffet level needs to be reviewed, too much waiting. Too many bones in the fish. The soup is not very tasty, the vegetarian burger is of no interest. Friendly waiters, buffet with lots of choice. Entries: soup, salads, rillette, pizza. Flats: sauerkraut, burger has to compose be even, quality butcher meat, fish, all accompanied by fries and/or vegetables. Drinks and desserts on the map. Quick service. Good value for money. Coming early because a lot of people out there.
