Les Cornettes De Bise

Habitué du traditionnel, nous sommes allés à la brasserie. Pris le menu du jour à 29 euro. Le menu change du traditionnel avec des rillettes de cochon puis pintade gratin crémeux et tiramisu aux myrtilles très copieux. Le service est rapide. Le pichet de 50 est à 16 euro mais c est un assez bon vin . Au final connaissant le restaurant traditionnel nous n’avions pas l’impression d être aux cornettes tellement que c est mieux au traditionnel

This one is a challenge, but the views are so worth it. Its long if you're departing from Flon and quite technically challenging. The last climb before the summit is really tough if you're not a very experienced alpine hiker : however, loved it, the views take your breath away.

Toujours aussi bon. Cuisine traditionnelle formidable. Peu de variantes sur les menus mais tout est bien exécuté. La carte des desserts est plus courte qu’avant. C était un vrai plaisir de découvrir tous les déserts. Il n’en reste plus que 8 différents.

Leaving from Miex, I discovered a wild and terribly welcoming landscape. The fauna and flora will brighten your eyes . During this period, still big snowfalls. The arrival is difficult to access. Attention!!
