A welcome as at home, and a kitchen as you find more in restaurants: everything is homemade, from tapnade to entrance, to the little biscuit accompanying the coffee. The Cheffe cooks with love all dishes: homemade fries, robbed meats, homemade dauphines apples, local vegetables from a very local producer... everything is SUCCULENT!! And this is so rare today! The boss is in small care with all customers, who over the years sometimes become friends. This establishment is a must-see place, an institution in the Ubaye Valley, in the Super Sauze! Always happy and so satisfied with our passages to both mazots and for many years. We always taste great dishes and homemade desserts and the team is always on the top question friendliness and service. We feel like at home in the two mazots and the whole staff is like the boss, really of an exceptional kindness and professionalism!!! Long February we're back, hunger in the belly! The service is of remarkable quality, friendly, warm, that is all we needed being on holiday! The food served is of very good quality, everything is homemade! We are never disappointed! the dishes of the day are original and changing what is very attractive! From far the best altitude restaurant, I recommend it
