Upstairs. Extraordinary meal, cooked with salmon in the mouth amuse, vegetable garden velvet pottery with truffle with a madman. The foie gras is always as good. The exceptional saints James and the apple in 2 ways. Very nice waitress, nothing to say. I recommend to everyone this magical restaurant. Thanks also to the manager (Sébastien)
