Les Filles Du Boucher

Once again my wanderlust (and boyfriend) brought me back to the quaint town of Metz in North east France. We found this cute, small, but busy restaurant to have a lot of charm and fresh, quality food. Known for their tartare, we ordered spicy beef and pommes du terre. A nice bordeaux to accompany the meal while our little friend (our friend's 7 y/o son) was still able to get a steak and frites. Unfortunately, the service was a bit off and slow but I only think it was because of the holidays perhaps.

Great place for meat lovers with many possibilities of French dishes. Meat roasted in wood oven is delicious. Restaurant is small with a beautiful atmosphere. Very warm service!

And nice place where you can enjoy very good pieces of beef accompanied by vegetables, fries or purée. The dessert card seems very appetizing too. Very good service.
