Rather disappointed by this starred restaurant. Certainly the exterior setting is magnificent but in the restaurant the atmosphere is not there. Especially when only 3 tables are occupied. The price is that of a starred restaurant (350 euros for 3). You accept it if the experience leaves a positive impression on you. This was not the case... The presentation of the dishes is beautiful but without much originality. The flavors did not awaken our taste buds. The main course was very ordinary.... The desserts on the other hand were superb! Be careful to specify not only your food intolerances but also and above all your tastes because there is no choice! Not everyone likes oysters and red meat....
The chief? Where did he come from? Because there!!! I ate in big restaurants... but here... The mixture sought for combination of dishes, quantities, perfume 1 er that will be detected to be able to appreciate the following!!! Hot, cold, salt and sugar measured pointily .. A careful, refined, calculated choice..An irreproachable service, class staff.. just next to my village, a treasure of taste buds that I discover only today.. Congratulations. to you all but without the leader, I could not have written these pretty lines and especially sincere ...Thank you!!!
Moment suspended in duo that I will remember very long. We chose the surprise menu in 3 services of Chef Didier Casaguana. You have to trust because it's blind. Being quite complicated, it was a challenge for me, and finally everything went well. A lot of discoveries, surprises and early taste impressions. The service was impeccable, special mention for Daniel's benevolence and our sommelier. The setting was very pleasant, especially when arriving for the golden hour. ;
Everything is very good, the service and the food. So why not give 5 stars? The memory that this evening will leave me which did not bring me that certain something which makes it go from very good to memorable. A very nice discovery. Flavored menu and delicious dishes extremely well executed with fresh seasonal products, a real delight. A moment of happiness for the eyes and taste buds. Charming and very professional staff. The chief also made the rounds of tables, it's worthwhile. Everything was just perfect!
An exceptional moment the chef and his brigade would deserve a second star professional service and friendly dishes very well worked surprisingly balanced creative, a relaxing environment in short a must-see reference in the shepherdacois I will return with great pleasure
