A sumptuous card. a very local cuisine. the blue lobster among others: unforgettable. caring staff, charming chef but a large apartment: a sommelier not at all up to the height. We were unable to appreciate the white wine served frozen to accompany the entrance, as to the white wine advised to accompany the lobster, served in advance at our request, it turned out that it did not follow all the taste qualities of this dish. As a result, the title sommelier joined us and finally admitted that an Iserian red wine could be perfect. Obviously, this lady, charming to the rest, does not have in the mouth the flavors of the dishes served and the lack of boldness. What a shame!

I'm glad we found the bead of the chablais. really this establishment is worth the detour at all levels. kindness and humour in reception, professionalism in advice (the special mention to the oenologist who sends us to visit the corse in white, to accompany the special truffles). the menu takes place crescendo in flavors. We have the opportunity to say that we enjoyed a dish especially ... the boy brings him back to the 2nd service 10 minutes later. too many big stars take bc too seriously and neglect the amount of taste for the benefit of the instagram. welcome the second visit and where. A star? Come on, bravo.

We went to celebrate our 20th anniversary at the restaurant LES FRESQUES on July 27, this great attention to us, goodness, professionalism, discreet and present, all perfect and to say food for the eyes as well as for the taste buds in addition to visiting the chef who took the time to speak to us, who is for us very appreciable thanks again for this beautiful moment, cherry on the diamond. What a pleasant moment in the restaurant! Reception and remarkable service (restaurant located in the Royal Hotel Palace) all staff has been very pleasant and smiling. The kitchen was also at the height of the establishment and the map of the friendly strong wines. If you did not have the chance to enjoy the view, do not hesitate to take the digestive on the terrace in the bar located in front of the restaurant. The hotel and restaurant are splendid! Beautiful restaurant, especially on the terrace. For a star, it's a little fair, especially desserts. The table of Lausanne places on the other side of the lake that also has 1 star michelin is clearly superior
