Our meal began with standout starters like pigs head and a fresh tomato salad, both setting a high standard for the afternoon. The mains were equally impressive—the octopus was tender and flavorful, while the lamb was cooked to perfection. The service was spectacular and incredibly friendly, with a server who, despite being very busy, made us feel warmly welcomed. We had an amazing experience at Les Galinas. The food is very high quality, but at affordable prices, the staff is well experienced and professional, and remarkably knowledgeable and welcoming during the whole time. Probably the only non-touristy place in Aix, in a quiet street away from the confusion. Very recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wholesome traditional food presented by friendly staff in a pleasant cosy atmosphere. I had the Tripe which was delicious. My wife had the Lamb confit. We shared the oven baked Apple.
