We had dinner with my wife last night, it was a real pleasure to be received in this way, the passion of those who work there feels in every detail, from service to meal, everything is homemade, and comes from the surrounding area. I loved the simplicity of some products cooked with great wealth and authenticity. The fulness of the show was their different drinks, especially around the liqueurs of Vermouth and bitter, whose achievements are explained with as much enthusiasm as we had to taste them! Thank you again for having us in your restaurants, excellent continuation.

We went to the Hydropaths a few days ago after a little canoe rando. The staff is very warm, welcoming and competent. The dishes are very good and the prices are quite reasonable given the quality of the restaurant. There is a lot of space between each table which is a real plus comfort question. All dishes, juice etc. are made with local products (even gaseous water! This is the best restaurant in Old Brioude. Thanks again to the whole team for this evening. (And thank you for having received us even if we held did not exactly match the staff'standing of the restaurant

A very nice stage in this region, friendly staff, a meal at the restaurant that is worth the detour made from (goods) local products of season, a cocktail menu house to be tested and the wise advice of Benoit that made us discover the wines of Auvergne, that to say more ... after a good night of sleep breakfast also regaled us! Thank you to the whole team we will return with pleasure

A very beautiful establishment, without chichis but very professional. Simple room perfectly kept, and an exceptional meal at a more than reasonable price. It's a perfect stop!
