This formerly famous restaurant for its traditional regional cuisine, frequented by many political and sporting personalities, is no longer than the shadow of itself. The Buffet formula at noon is the only alternative. The map is only accessible at night. The meat was very hard. Frozen fish not cooked and insufficient portion. The tray of shameful cheeses, no regional cheese, only industrial cheeses without taste. The desserts were obviously the day before. On the other hand, the service was quite satisfactory. The Chief must absolutely change his working methods and prefer the costs and the regional.
What do you mean? Don't call this place a restaurant but a canteen! Unique beef course 36’ in Ussel today. Why don't you hang out? This place makes service to workers, employees of the surroundings menu unique to 13,90€. And I respect it. Why not propose a second dish? Just two... measurable billboard. Dry leaves of the day before. Buffet desserts and correct cheese. Burgundy was well cooked but hard meat. Lack of cooking? It is far from the time when Jacques Chirac ate there from the head of calf that he loved so much. What should he think of where he is? Kind and professional staff.
I spent several weeks at the Gravades as part of the work and I really want to thank Flora and all his team for the smiles, the little attentions that matter, they manage to make the place very warm. Situated at 5 minutes’ drive away, it’s very convenient! The chef is very generous and serves very good traditional dishes! In summary a very good logis from France!
For lunch, there is only the buffet and flat formula at a small price. The buffets are varied. Too bad that at cheese level, there is not a regional cheese. This noon the chicken thigh that was served to me was more than dry, damage.

Very good reception and very clean. Midday home buffet perfect for a quality ratio lower than 15 Euros. I advise travellers to get out of the nearby highway to take a quiet and quality lunch break
For the food part, the food is very diverse and the buffets offer choice! The workers' menu is of quality.
Pleasant place,bedroom ok,pas correct but served cold, very cold, cold soup and cold dish!!!
