Les Jardins de Saint Sebastien

Un peu déçue par rapport aux commentaires très élogieux de ce restaurant. Ou alors comparer à d'autres très bons restaurants faits un peu plus loin sur la place, je m'attendais au même niveau, voir mieux car plus cher que les autres testés. Les plats restent bons bien entendu mais j'ai trouvé le friand de chèvre un peu gras (la sauce de la salade était très sympa par contre, un bon sucré salé) et le riz qui accompagnait nos plats n'était pas du tout salé (quand je dis pas du tout, c'était vraiment pas) donc très très fade. Nous l'avons signalé à notre serveur qui s'est excusé et a eu comme réponse de la cuisine : c'est tout à fait normal car certains clients n'aiment pas quand c'est salé......

Arrivés sur banyuls un peu tard , nous avons tenté un repas aux jardins st Sébastien sans reservation Après un accueil très sympa, nous avons déjeuné en famille ( 2 adultes 3 enfants) dans un cadre agréable et très propre.Le repas s'est très bien passé, les cuissons notamment celle du steak de thon étaient parfaites, les enfants ont repris un supplément de leurs menus tellement ils ont apprécié et le vin issu du domaine st Sébastien était plus que correct au regard de son prix.Une adresse a recommander pour d'éventuels touristes de passage. Merci pour ce petit moment

I sometimes give myself to this exercise that is critical, but tonight it is with great pleasure that I give it. The kitchen is sharp but not at all pretentious. The dish (fish) is like I like: 10 different accompaniments with multiple flavors, instead of putting a big piece. The dessert: I cried with emotion! I had made several starred restaurants, but never tasted a dessert of such profound and harmonious creativity with so simple products. I felt a soul.
