a menu at 26,50 per person and a very interesting choice of dishes. an excellent home brandade, a tasteful eggplant pope, a little too close to the martin eggplant bread, but good for admissions. a lamb shoulder and a daurade net for dishes, very tasteful and surrounded by vegetables for our pleasure. purée de panais, carrots et courgette glacées, gratin dauphinois fabuleux. desserts are on the same range, very good and fresh. a fruit salad offered to the person who did not want to eat sugar, made at the minute and based on fresh fruit only. We'll be back with pleasure.
If you want to eat in a quiet and warm setting, away from the noises of the traffic, I recommend this restaurant, so you can eat outdoors at the edge of the swimming pool, the service is perfect, the dishes well presented while remaining copied, surprising for a menu at 25 euros. I advise you on brandade, a real brandade to eat on toast. in summary this restaurant offers a quality of restoration and service encountered in a more expensive restaurant leaving an impression of having been upgraded. small hotel in the heart of the village of maussane, friendly welcome. Too bad that this hotel is at the intersection of 2 roads is what makes many passages, if you are lucky to be on the pool side, it is better but with a disadvantage to be next to the extracting hood of the kitchen and odors as well. .par against the dinner is absolutely gastronomic, nothing to say excellent and very pleasant service a server that is in small care . excellent breakfast , quality ratio excellent price
good value for money a very good kitchen for lunch, choice of dishes and local, service in the room or terrace overlooking the pool we had chosen the room to be a little more at the expense, pleasant and efficient service. I recommend this restaurant in a friendly village.
