arrival at the falling night on this beautiful castle that deserves only to be discovered. reception with smiles, attention, and delicacy, at the height of the establishment. we were oriented to one of the lounges for the restaurant. the hotel master at our ears. beautiful frame, welcome very well the menu proposed for the saint valentin was correct apart from the entrance fat making really too hard cake to find the fat...!!!Part moment the singer sang a little loud it a bit ruined the romanticism of certain dialogue, we were in the middle of the room and not in front of him it would have been difficult to hold the meal we are still ready to go back there for another occasion.
Very disappointed. Very noisy room with 80 people piled up and a set up of 4 columns of 10 tables that really did not allow to enjoy this Valentine's evening. Unfortunately the dishes did not catch up the evening: a raw and cold duck for me and too cooked for my spouse but also cold with some cold vegetables as well. dessert as disappointing, based on litchi and rose that turned out fade. We're not coming back.

following reservation made and confirmed on 7 April for a birthday lunch (40 years) on Saturday 16 April, telephone cancellation by the castle staff, on Wednesday 13 April at 7:54 pm!! no proposed alternatives. Apologies cannot hide the disfunction of this establishment. if you keep your desire to make you wreath very vigilant!! no advice to give on the quality of the kitchen, but welcome obviously below zero.
Very pleasant place. excellent reception. We tested the restaurant after a gift box and now this place integrates the list of our preferences. the hotel master who has arrived has arrived very nice. non-exorbitant prices allow extras for wines with glass (among others, the yonk is famous).
the castle of the marsh of Saxony has a superb restaurant. The setting is beautiful and romantic. The menus are very good and especially the gastronomy is excellent. The presentation of the plates is very pretty and especially in terms of taste, nothing to say.
Thank you very much for this remarkable meal (with foie gras and quality meat), and for the attention of the staff (a beautiful birthday candle). the room is very well appointed, the authentic decoration, and the view on the very pleasant park.
